The staff helped me plan my trip. I received a little guide to the best stops for pintxos. The location was excellent for visiting the city center and the beaches on foot. The traditional exterior architecture and convenient location impressed me.
The air conditioning wasn't very effective, and it was LOUD.

The hotel is centrally located. It made it simple to reach numerous points of interest. The staff demonstrated really good professionalism and knowledge. I found the building itself beautiful. The room was clean and a good size.
The air conditioning in my room proved quite loud. It somewhat impacted my overall comfort. I needed to switch it off during the night.

this hotel had a very central location and was close to everything. i found the staff helpful with restaurant recommendations and luggage assistance. the rooftop terrace was a bonus i enjoyed very much. the breakfast had good local selections and fresh juice.
the hotel felt squeezed between a busy road and the river. road noise disturbed me on the road side. the air conditioning was quite loud and not overly effective.

The hotel location allowed easy access to the city center and main attractions, proving very convenient. The rooftop bar offered amazing views and a relaxed atmosphere. I found the staff consistently helpful and the room clean. I also appreciated the modern design evident throughout the hotel.
